Fiber-Fab, LLC (“Fiber-Fab”) warrants to the original purchase that its tub/shower units (“unit”), with the exception of the polished or satin brass fittings which are warranted for one (1) year, are free from defects in the material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase from Fiber-Fab®. Any claim under this warranty must include the serial number of the unit and proof of purchase, and must be made to Fiber-Fab® within ten years from the date of purchase. Fiber-Fab® will, at is election, repair or furnish (but not install) a replacement of the most comparable size, style and color available for any product which shall, upon inspection by an authorized representative of Fiber-Fab®, prove defective within this warranty. All other repairs shall be at purchaser’s expense.

The owner shall be responsible to provide adequate access to the unit, including the motor or pump and air switch in the case of jetted bath fixtures, for inspection or repair. Should the warranty of the manufacturer of a motor or pump installed by Fiber-Fab® on a Fiber-Fab® jetted bath fixture extend beyond the life of this warranty, said manufacturer’s warranty for that motor or pump shall continue in effect for the life of said manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty is effective only if the unit is installed and used in accordance with Fiber-Fab®’s instructions (including cleaning instructions) and with all applicable building ordinances and codes. This warranty does not apply to any units sold as factory seconds or blems. This warranty does not apply to any color variations (as measured with the Hunter Lab Spectrometer) from color samples or from the colors of the other sanitary ware fixtures. This warranty is null and void if the unit has been moved from its initial place of installation; has been subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized use, unreasonable use, or an act of God.; has been altered in any way by any party other than an authorized representative of Fiber-Fab®; or is installed outside the United States of America or its possessions or territories. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED HEREIN, THE UNIT IS SOLD “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Fiber-Fab®’s liability is limited to the original purchase price for the product found to be defective. All consequential and other damages are excluded. This warranty supersedes all previous warranties.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
